Spring Games

Each year in April, the excitement level is over the top as over 300 athletes from Forsyth’s school system converge on Central High School ready for the track and field competitions to begin.  The athletes are greeted by over 150 volunteers, predominately local businesses, and teamed with 400 high school buddies.  The festivities begin with a parade down the track during the opening ceremony, featuring local celebrities and exhibitions.   It’s an amazing site to witness as athletes stand tall and proud on the awards stands to receive their ribbons as families, friends and students show their support.
